2 Teaspoonful in Morning & 2 Teaspoonful in Evening
Home remedies – Brahmi Powder : 1/4 Teaspoon, Jatamanasi Powder : 1/4 Teaspoon, Cardmom Powder : 1/8 Teaspoon, Shankhpushi Powder : 1/4 Teaspoon, Cinnamon Powder : 1 pinch, Cow’s Ghee : 1 Teaspoon. Mix all above and consume every morning empty stomach
